Throughout the leasing process various legal forms are produced. Below is a list of some basic ones.
- Offer Letter: The first expression of intent
from the tenant.
- Term Sheet: A summary of a bid letter or a letter of intent. The term sheet is negotiated until a lease draft can be drawn.
- Lease Abstract: The summary of the lease draft drawn between the landlord and the tenant.
We incorporate the use of a tracker that contains information from both the landlord and tenant to keep track of the negotiation process until a final lease agreement is met.
