Key responsibilities:
- Provide service to customers and clients via telephone and Internet
- Conduct follow-ups with all customer and clients on deal inquiries
- Act as liaison between Concrete Stories' brokers and customers/clients
- Manage scheduling of site tours and brokers' calendars
- Prepare presentation books for customers/clients
- Updating and maintaining Concrete Stories' databases
- Expediting the flow of communication and documentation of each deal
- Gather, create and analyze market information for market call reports
Senior Account Executive
Key Candidate Attributes:

- Ability to understand and clearly communicate financial structuring for presentations to clients

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform real estate development analysis
- Creates lease documentation for Senior Advisor's review
- Act as liaison between Firm's advisors and customers/clients
- Responsible for quality control on follow-ups with customer and clients on deal inquiries
- Responsible for quality control on presentation books for customers/clients
- Select properties for site tours
- Conduct site tours with customers
- Perform physical inspections of sites
- Perform lease and listing analysis for customers
Advisor
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Minimum of 7 years experience of relevant real estate experience
- Strong ability to adapt to new technology a MUST
- Strong business acumen and overall real estate knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of leasing transactions from a tenant rep perspective
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate financial structuring for presentations to clients
- Strong lease negotiation skills
- Strong transactional orientation
- New York State Real Estate Associate Broker's license
- Strong lease analysis, due diligence, and real estate financial analysis skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate team's activities
- Capable of successfully integrating within an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate people
- Ability to garner respect from the brokerage community and colleagues
- Problem solver, creative thinker, ability to think "out of the box"

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Account Executives and Account Executives in structuring and completing brokerage deals
- Act as senior financial advisor in deal structure and implementation
- Ultimate responsible party for deal management
- Oversee execution and modification of standardized contracts for lease transactions
- Hire, train and manage account executives and senior account executives
- Supervise lease and listing analysis performed by Senior Account Executives
- Supervise selection of site properties to be shown to customers and their outcome
- Act as liaison between Management & Brokerage staff
- Responsible for accuracy on all lease documentation involved in each deal
Senior Advisor
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Minimum of 10 years experience of relevant real estate transactional experience
- New York State Real Estate Broker's license
- Solid knowledge of New York City's real estate market
- Solid understanding of operational, financial and qualitative issues in presentations to clients
- Solid lease negotiation skills
- Sound transactional orientation
- Strong valuation, due diligence, and real estate financial analysis skills
- Strong ability to adapt to new technology a MUST
- Strong business acumen and overall real estate knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of leasing transactions from a tenant rep perspective
- Ability to organize and coordinate team's activities on a daily basis
- Capable of successfully integrating within an entrepreneurial environment
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate people
- Ability to garner respect from the brokerage community and colleagues
- Problem solver, creative thinker, ability to think "out of the box"

- Report to Chief Operating Officer on productivity and lead generation
